★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klant heeft hier meerdere malen geprobeerd om haar pakket hier af te halen, helaas zonder resultaat. Haar pakket is hier voor de eerste keer heen gebracht na niet thuis.. normaal wordt het bij haar naar ander punt gebracht, waar ze het altijd netjes ophaalt. Helaas heb ik door de slechte bereikbaarheid bij dit punt voor mijn klant het pakket retour gekregen. Ik ga uiteraard het pakket weer naar mijn klant opsturen maar ga zeker aangeven dat het pakket absoluut niet weer hier naar toe mag , voor ik hem straks weer retour krijg!
Customer has tried several times to pick up her package here, unfortunately without success. Her package has been brought here for the first time after not being home.. normally it is brought to her at another point, where she always picks it up neatly. Unfortunately, due to the poor accessibility at this point for my customer, I received the package back. I will of course send the package back to my customer, but I will definitely indicate that the package is absolutely not allowed to go here again, before I get it back later!
