Even when I call them, they say, they will try to solve the problem and they don't do anything till now. number 56712-1127 Because I'm not from the Netherlands, I can't come to pick up the scooter. I asked them, if they could return the money but they won 't. But scooter I ordered and paid 130 eur is still there! No driver wants to pick up my scooter because they (the company) did not check it out. At the auction it was not written anywhere that the vehicle is registered. It has been dragging on for more than 2 months so I would like my money back! Because you are very unserious, I won 't recommend you (the company) to anyone to buy anything from you.
D	Dan Niscov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is just a platform, don't expect too much. Sometimes the description is wrong, sometimes the item is cheaper in the shop. Other times the delivery is not on time. However I did get some nice deals out of it so I guess they still get a thumbs up.
G	G O'Brien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although BVA auctions is in part an auction house it also acts as a platform for retailers to sell goods under an auction style environment. This leads to higher prices being paid, in many instances, by shoppers who get carried away and forget to take into açcount the hidden costs, for example, auction costs and taxes. Auctions themselves are often for poor quality or damaged goods which can be difficult to control. Thus, be careful when placing a bid! Also if you want to inspect goods before hand you are provided with limited days to do so and this itself adds to costs. When goods are won the administration is normally reliable, although, my last purchase has still not been received by me and BVA is very slow in providing assistance. Answers to any questions takes very long and getting in touch is not as easy as it should be. A chat service has now started but it is basic.
F	Frederik Situmeang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer experience of the customer service of this website is ridiculously bad. The only option to reach them is via chat - that is very irresponsive and just left you in a blank like that. No email or telephone number available.
H	Hans van den Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, especially their advertisement on marktplaats is terrible, placing modern rubbish in categories like "classical paintings". that said they do have some nice objects up for auctions sometimes but their fees are higher than ALL other auction hauses. The highest is normally 30% of the auction price, here the staggering amount is 61% (item of 20 euro pay 32,25). My advise, avoid them at all times.

Bva is nor responsible for anything. Just waste of your money . And if you are planing to write or chat to the customer care just waste of your time. Standart responce - according to the terms and conditions ... So be informed and make your desission based on that. Good luck !
