★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually dine 2 to 3 times a week and this was the most disappointed restaurant I have been to in a while.
It started off by the fake Calamari that you buy in a Grocery Store and deep fry it in your kitchen at home. It was terrible, however we did enjoy the Chicken Fingers and Gamba's
The garnishing on the plate was cute, but unnecessary.
I also had the Gamba's which is €24,50 from The MAIN COURSE.
The Cocktails were OK.
The focus is too much on the presentation instead of the quality of the food.
The view was nice and it is a cute restaurant, but I would not revisit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really loved the place, looks super funky and cool with the sun shining. Sitting on the terrace would be amazing in the warm weather.
Drinks and food was also were good and tasty, guys at the bar and in the kitchen are doing a great job.
The only thing that was very lacking when we came over was the actual service. Staff looked all over the place and some were a bit cocky when we were asking for something. This immediately made us feel not wanted. I myself come from hospitality industry but would never be rude to a guest no matter what he asked. Such a funky place needs staff who is friendly and not with an attitude, therefore 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snacks and cocktails on June 14, 2021. Calamari, spring rolls, fried halloumi, all well prepared and presented, and absolutely delicious. The view is absolutely stunning. The bistro was super crowded and yet the young crew did a wonderful job serving costumers efficiently, and with a smile! What a friendly great place to have a meal and/or drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this place for the first time. The staff were very friendly and always smiley. The manager(I think) was very accommodating, he let me choose where we wanted to sit, even arranged inside while it was full.
The place and the food were very instagram worthy.
We had the "Lets share!" and it looks stunning. On other hand the quality of the food can be slightly better, especially for that price. (It was not very warm and not that much).
I took my friend who I didn't see for years and I'm happy we went to AMI Urban Bistro, because it was in overall a really nice experience. The service was great and interior was lovely. Definitely recommending people to try it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY NEW FAVORITE RESTAURANT!! ??? I have definitely found my new favorite place. I am out of words of the culinary and visual pleasure tgat I enjoyed here. From beginning to end!!
PLACE/AMBIANCE: A you can see kn the beautiful colors and flowers, the place instantly brings you to the amazon jjngles of Brazil, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico. ??? Even when you ho to the bathroom you can hear the birds sing. Everything has a very cute and interesting attention to detail. From the straw, to the napkin, to the colors and presentation of the dishes with matches with the concept of the place.
FOOD & DRINKS: WE ordered the Hummus sandwich for kunch and the Chicken injection!! OMG how cool was that Guacamole filled injection moment hahah!
EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious. THE BEST part was dessert! We had the Rollo Cheescake!! I stronglyyy recommend this!! Fresh hresh made.
SERVICE: I had an awesome service. The waiter never took too long to come to our table. Just a happy medium. Was very patient as well whebever we needed.
I am overall very happy with my visit. Will be coming back for more surprises.

Location & Ambience: (5/5)
Within 10 mins from the central station, this place is very accessible. It is also surrounded by a bunch of other options. The location also offers for a great view of the water. The ambience is fantastic. Love the colours and the plethora of seating operations. Does not matter the size of the group, there are multiple options for seating.
Food & Drink: (5/5)
Excellent selection of food. Both vegetarian and excellent meat options. The steak was really well made. The presentation, colours and textures made for a fantastic meal. Love the drinks because they were so uniquely made.
Summary: (5/5)
All in all an excellent place to visit and eat at in Rotterdam. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m in love with the interior! The cheerful colors, beautifully presented food, and a good range of choices for different dietary requirements. I enjoyed the crunchy chicken tortilla. For high tea, you need to reserve in advance. I guess I have to come back again :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a outting with friends or family. Variety of drinks and a small diner menu. Not much vegan dishes on the menu, but the avocado burger was great.
Loved the sweet potato fries. Friendly staff. Busy place, reservation before arrival. Great view of the water from our seats. A must to go in the summer for seating outside.
