★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een bestelling te hebben gedaan en onze adresgegevens te hebben opgegeven, blijkt dat het verzendadres niet 1 op 1 door het systeem is overgenomen van het Factuuradres. Hierdoor is het huisnummer en toevoeging weggevallen waardoor UPS de bestelling niet kan afleveren. Hierover per email contact gezocht en behoorlijk kort (tegen het onbeschofte aan) reactie teruggekregen. Op mijn laatste reactie met bewijs dat het ingevoerde adres wel degelijk goed in de adresgegevens is ingevoerd, geen enkele reactie meer ontvangen.
Omdat UPS de zending niet kon afleveren, ook geen code ontvangen om een de aflevering aan te laten passen. Telefonisch contact opgenomen met UPS echter mogen dit soort aanpassingen/wijzigingen alleen door de verzender worden doorgevoerd.... daarin heb ik bij deze organisatie géén vertrouwen.
 After placing an order and entering our address details, it appears that the shipping address has not been copied 1 to 1 from the billing address by the system. As a result, the house number and addition have been lost, so that UPS cannot deliver the order. Contacted about this by email and received a fairly short (to the rude) response. To my last response with proof that the entered address was indeed entered correctly in the address data, no response was received.
Because UPS could not deliver the shipment, nor did I receive a code to adjust the delivery. When contacted by telephone with UPS, however, these kinds of adjustments/changes may only be made by the sender.... I have no confidence in this with this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per ongeluk verkeerde printer besteld, ruilen voor een ander product onmogelijk, geen enkele vorm van medewerking echt belachelijk..onbeschoft behandeld, nu via DCP in Groningen alles geregeld, prima club die wel meewerkt en de printer die nog nieuw in doos zat heeft ingenomen/ingeruild.
Accidentally ordered the wrong printer, exchange for another product impossible, no form of cooperation really ridiculous.. treated rudely, now everything has been arranged via DCP in Groningen, great club that does cooperate and took the printer that was still new in the box / traded in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you get a malfunctional product, you can't depend on their return policy. Customer service is very unprofessional and impolite, just like the following reply. I do not recommend By-Pos for any deals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contact the help desk, asking information about a specific Bluetooth barcode scanner.
The sales person suggested the socket mobile for us, but unfortunately, the mobile socket did not work as promised. They refused to change or take back the product, because we have open the box.
We do not know what is in the box if we do not open it, we can not test the product if we do not open it, we do not know if the product is damage or simply is not in the box if we do not open...
Return policy for online shop is the key for consumer trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a mobile socket scanner from BYPOS. Unfortunately, it was the wrong one. When I asked to return the article, they told me that it is not possible!!! Althought it's said on their website that customers have a free return right of 7 days!!!
