★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man eine “Kartenzahlung” schon mit der Handy Option anbietet, dann sollte man eine Rückerstattung bei einem Umtausch ebenso anbieten. Andere Geschäfte bekommen das ja auch hin :-) und dann noch oberflächlich zu sagen “nur EC-Karte”. Naja manchmal macht der Ton die Musik.

Today we was first time in Germany in this shop and the last time. ..the story: because: we are start to go cheking the stuff in the upstairs and one seller follow and she was very angry to us. she sad something .we sad sorry we don’t nt understand you, speak english pls . She react : WE ARE CLOSED!!!!! She told us very arrogance and disrespectful . Our react : oke oke ,!!!don't be angry we go down.she talking to us something but sure we dont understand it ...After this situation we are going to kassa and big suprise wait for us !!! They said to us because of that situation We are can’t go back anymore !!! We was the problem :D what the hell ??? I can understand it they want to closed but how can seller have behave like this ? !!! We are very disappointed.
