 Nice spacious flats. Parking space in front of the door. Boxes under the building and well secured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een flatgebouw met koopflats uit de jaren zestig. Onderhoud is achterstallig en alles doet wat viezig en smoezelig aan. Lijkt een doorgangsflatgebouw voor mensen van allerlei achtergrond en er heerst een wat vreemde sfeer. Deed mij denken aan de Slechte Bijlmersituatie die ooit bestond. Hier zou toch een hoop kunnen verbeteren met wat goede wil, maar die is bij een hoop bewoners waarschijnlijk ver te zoeken.
An apartment building with condos from the sixties. Maintenance is overdue and everything looks a bit dirty and dirty. It looks like a transit apartment building for people of all backgrounds and there is a somewhat strange atmosphere. Reminded me of the Bad Bijlmer situation that once existed. A lot of good will could improve here with some goodwill, but it is probably a long way off for a lot of residents.
