★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonnetje van mijn jas kwijtgeraakt en door het personeel heel respectloos toegesproken. Werd behandeld als een herrieschopper terwijl ik enkel mijn jas terug wilde en hun rustig probeerde te benaderen.
 Lost the receipt of my jacket and was spoken to very disrespectfully by the staff. Was treated like a troublemaker when I just wanted my coat back and tried to approach them calmly.

Staff kept asking us (3 times) to move to a table, while we’re on lounges, so that a new group of could sit at our spot. We’ve been harassed for not wanting to move to a different spot because of this.
