★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though Lent isnt an obvious choice to have dinner, this place is nice. Informal atmosphere, friendly staff and really tasty food for a really easy price. Good stuff. Easy to reach by car, parking lot next to the school across the street.

With 3 of us ladies with special coffee requests, this gentleman at the counter remained polite & patient with us and when he didn't have one kind of non milk, he offered another kind. We were served promptly. However, the espresso in my flat white was weak. I expected more considering 2 shots of espresso should be in it. It was a cold morning (partial lockdown measures), and I still guzzled the warm drink because it wasn't hot and that would have been better too. OK. I admit, it is isn't an Italian espresso bar but we were a bit disappointed in the coffee. I am really honest and for the price we pay, we should get good coffee that is hot.
So, hopefully, the owner read this review and take it as constructive criticism and make better coffee. Service was fine but meh meh for the coffee.
Ps. My friends had lava cake with their coffee anf and they were good.
