★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give it zero stars, but it's not possible. So, I work for Uber Eats and today I was picking up an order at Schnitzel Utrecht (that's how they call themselves on Uber Eats app). Upon arrival, I gave a call to the cafe, saying: "Hi!" Silence... I asked again: "Hello?" The answer was a rude: "What do you want?" or something similar. I was appalled, since at that point the man on the other side of the phone didn't know if I'm a delivery guy or a customer. I asked if he's always talking to his customers this way. That's when he started screaming at me on the phone calling me names. I told him that I'm cancelling the delivery since his tone is very unprofessional. What happened next really scared me and I don't know whether I should report the matter to the police. The man on the phone jumped out of the restaurant screaming profanities and waving his hands. He started screaming at me to tell him my name, reaching my phone and coming very close to me (it's a pandemic, mind you). That's when I took off. I'm still shaking typing this.
