Ik moet even mijn mening delen. De Ketel is simpelweg de beste friettent in de omstreek. Kofferen en die ene in eerschot kunnen hier niet aan tippen. De goudbruine kleur, de structuur en de geur van de friet van de ketel... is gewoon perfect.
Verder is de saté een echte specialiteit. Zo'n goeie satésaus vind je zelden. Wat mij betreft mogen ze 10 bakken satésaus van de ketel in mijn brievenbus gieten.
Aan de recente verbouwing is ook te zien dat de Ketel goede winstmarges heeft. Waarschijnlijk kunnen ze binnenkort een smets server aanschaffen. En dan is het helemaal over voor kofferen en die andere in oorschot. Oja en die ene op de markt bestaat ook nog. Maarja daar zullen we t niet over hebben.
De ketel is een waardevolle toevoeging aan mijn leven. Als het even niet mee zit, ga ik lekker bij de ketel wat knakworsten naar binnen werken. Met extra mayonas erbij.

I have to share my opinion. De Ketel is simply the best chip shop in the area. Suitcases and the one in honor cannot match this. The golden brown color, structure and smell of the fries from the kettle ... is just perfect.
Furthermore, the satay is a real specialty. You rarely find such a good satay sauce. As far as I'm concerned, they can pour 10 trays of satay sauce from the kettle into my letterbox.
The recent renovation also shows that the boiler has good profit margins. They will probably be able to purchase a smets server soon. And then it's all over for suitcases and the other one in ear shot. Oh and the one on the market still exists. Well, we won't talk about that.
The kettle is a valuable addition to my life. If things are not going well for me, I will enjoy some frankfurters at the boiler. With extra mayonas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ goede bediening, vriendelijk personeel, zeer aardige eigenaar en echtgenote, kwaliteit is hoog, de beste friet van het dorp, met de komst van het covid virus adequaat voorzieningen getroffen middels transparante schermen, geweldig! mensen die dat paniekerig noemen snappen er echt niks van, lekker dom, cafetaria de Ketel: grote klasse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ivm corona bijna geheel gericht op meeneem maaltijden. Beperkt buitenterras. Prima frites en grote porties tegen redelijke prijzen. Ligt wat buiten het centrum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cafetaria waar het vaak druk is. En dat is doorgaans een goed teken. Je wordt er goed geholpen. Voor de wachtenden staat er een tv aan met meestal een voetbalwedstrijd (Ziggo met buitenlands voetbal, geen Fox met Nederlands voetbal) . Ook is er een zithoek waar je kunt eten.

En zoals het hoort in een goede friet tent : Heerlijke friet en lekker krokant en fatsoenlijke hoeveelheid. Tevens heerlijke snacks enz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veel friet voor weinig geld en ook goed te eten. En genoeg saus tot het laatste frietje. Zeker een aanrader als je in de buurt bent en honger hebt.
Lots of fries for little money and also good to eat. And enough sauce to the last fries. Definitely recommended if you're in the area and hungry.
