★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's something special about Cafe Her Pleintje--its staff. All staff members speak English with good proficiency, so my order is always served to temperature, quickly, and with a smile. The food selection is "typical Dutch cafeteria" style. You may order take away, delivery service or eat-in. There is an adjoining bar, serving soft drinks, beer, and wine. Sporting events are typically broadcast for sports fans to enjoy. If you're looking for a fancy meal, this isn't it. However, if you like a Dutch cafeteria snack, the pomme frites, loempia and sandwiches are tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 't Pleintje (or Het Pleintje) is an average 'Dutch Cafeteria' style restaurant. I want to give it more than 4 stars because the staff is so friendly, attentive and helpful. Most staff members speak English and can help you discover exactly what you'd like. The menu is diverse in and voluminous. You can order anything from Belgian-style frites and a hamburger or toastie to entrees with noodles. Our family enjoys coming here for a snack. The food is always cooked fresh and to temperature. There's also a small bar on site which serves beer, wine and soft drinks. It often shows popular sporting events.
