Mijn dochtertje moest eventjes nadenken wat ze graag wilde bestellen, en de medewerker was op zijn horloge aan het kijken hoelang het nog ging duren. Good food! They just don't seem too friendly to me. My daughter had to think about what she would like to order, and the employee was checking his watch how long it would take.

Hamburger en uitjes bleken thuis verbrand, patat was erg droog en in het bakje rauwkost lagen ongeveer hele bladeren ijsbergsla, 2 plakjes tomaat en 4 druppels dressing. Voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Leave home, get something to eat quickly. Hamburger and onions turned out to be burnt at home, fries were very dry and in the bowl of raw vegetables there were about whole leaves of iceberg lettuce, 2 slices of tomato and 4 drops of dressing. Not worth repeating for us.

Daarnaast was het zeer slecht en koud eten. Waarschijnlijk door bellers die moesten afrekenen bij het afhalen waarop onze bestelling moest wachten. Er zijn minstens 10 mensen in en uit gelopen terwijl ik stond te wachten. Hoogst irritant. En waar dat onpersoonlijke vliegende schoteltje voor bedoeld is wat begint te piepen wanneer je eten klaar is? Misschien zijn er mensen die in slaap vallen van het lange wachten. Zou best kunnen! Toen ik thuis kwam bleek het meest bijzondere frietje speciaal ooit. Zonder mayonaise. Nooit meer daar. Eten te koud, te lang wachten, foute bestelling en smerig. Doe wat aan je bedrijf Jansen. In het begin waren jullie de hoop van Drunen. Er is niets meer van over. Stap ook af van dat online bestellen of geef de wachttijden aan dat iemand kan beslissen of hij wel of niet wil bestellen omdat de wachttijden te lang zijn. Want door de lange rijen bij de andere frietboeren kwam ik bij jullie terecht. Achteraf gezien had ik beter daar in de rij kunnen gaan staan. Daar wist ik waar ik aan toe was en was het eten fatsoenlijk en warm geweest. Pfff ... there is 1 man inside you think beautiful it's my turn. More than half an hour waiting for 2 frites special and fricandels. Besides that it was very bad and cold food. Probably by callers who had to pay when collecting our order. Food too cold, waiting too long, wrong order and nasty. Do something about your company Jansen. In the beginning you were Drunen's hope. There's nothing left of it. Also get rid of that online ordering or indicate the waiting times that someone can decide whether or not to order because the waiting times are too long. Because I ended up at your place because of the long lines at the other chip shops. In hindsight, I should have stood in line there. There I knew where I stood and the food had been decent and hot.
