★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 1 maart zijn wij van 250 mb naar 300 mb gegaan sinds die tijd is het donderen met de up en download. Die kan enorm verschillen. Caiway doet er niks. Wij hebben er alles aan gedaan. Caiway zegt het ligt aan de routers en binnen bekabeling. Maar een ding het is sinds maart . Wij denken zelf dat het modem het niet aan kan. Ziggo legt in nieuwbouw wijken geen glas meer aan. Omdat het de hoge snelheid nog niet aan kan. Al die storingen bij ziggo is algemeen bekent. Waar wij zitten hebben we verders geen keus. Dus we zijn over geleverd aan een hele slechte service en een afschuif systeem naar de klant toe .Is er nou niemand die er wat aan kan doen.
Since March 1, we have gone from 250 mb to 300 mb since that time it is thundering with the up and download. It can vary enormously. Caiway doesn't do anything. We have done everything possible. Caiway says it lies on the routers and in cabling. But one thing it has been since March. We think that the modem cannot handle it. Ziggo no longer installs glass in new-build neighborhoods. Because it can't handle the high speed yet. All those disruptions at ziggo are generally known. We have no choice where we are. So we are delivered to a very poor service and a shear system to the customer. Is there anyone who can do something about it.
