Qualität und Auswahl war immer perfekt, es wird immer auf meine Wünsche eingegangenen. Die Beratung ist top, Hygiene und Sauberkeit wird groß geschrieben, daher kann ich die schlechten Rezensionen absolut nicht nachvollziehen, außer dass sie auffällig nach Fake klingen und anscheinend nur aus einem böswilligen Grund geschrieben werden. 12 Jahre, ist mir nie ein Nagel abgebrochen oder die Farbe hat nicht gehalten. Freundlich und zuvorkommend und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! I've been a customer for 12 years, I've tried other studios, nowhere have I been as satisfied as with Cali Nails. The quality and selection has always been perfect, and my wishes are always catered for. The advice is great, hygiene and cleanliness are very important, so I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews, except that they sound conspicuously fake and are apparently only written for a malicious reason. 12 years, never broke a nail or the color didn't hold. Friendly and accommodating and definitely to be recommended!

Absolut unsauber gearbeitet! Ein Nagel war total verschmiert und Frau Hien wollte mich so gehen lassen was eine bodenlose Frechheit war. Drei Tage später sind noch weitere Nägel abgebrochen, obwohl ich nichts angefasst habe. Total schlechte Qualität,Mitarbeiterin Frau Hien einfach talentlos, werde nicht nochmals kommen. Ich finde es auch merkwürdig, dass die meisten Bewertungen aus den letzten Wochen sind, es Cali Nails aber schon 14 Jahre gibt. Ich vermute, dass hier jemand gezielt versucht Cali Nails zu schaden. Ich bin seit Jahren Kundin bei Cali Nails und total zufrieden. Ich habe seit 26 Jahren künstliche Nägel. In den ersten Jahren habe ich Gel-Nägel gehabt. Im Laufe der Zeit war ich aber mit der Haltbarkeit unzufrieden und habe nach einer Alternative gesucht. So bin ich zu Cali Nails gekommen. Obwohl es bei mir in der Nähe auch Nagelstudios gibt, fahre ich 40 km nach Duisburg. Meine Nägel halten immer mindestens vier Wochen. Egal was ich an Lack oder Design haben möchte, ich bin immer zufrieden. Natürlich hab ich auch schon mal Mitarbeiter/Innen gehabt, die weniger motiviert waren. Die waren aber dann auch nicht lange da. Manchmal gibt es neue Mitarbeiter/Innen, die vielleicht noch nicht so viel Erfahrung haben, aber jeder fängt mal an. Ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl. Die Arbeit ist professionell und alle sind freundlich. Es ist sauber, man achtet auf die Hygiene-Maßnahmen und ich habe bisher immer einen Termin bekommen. Da ich weit fahre, vereinbare ich immer telefonisch einen Termin. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden und werde auch in Zukunft sehr gerne zu Cali Nails kommen. I had gel nails for the first few years. Over time, however, I was dissatisfied with the shelf life and looked for an alternative. That's how I came to Cali Nails. Although there are nail salons nearby, I drive 40 km to Duisburg. My nails always last at least four weeks. No matter what paint or design I want, I am always satisfied. Of course, I've also had employees who were less motivated. But they weren't there long either. Sometimes there are new employees who may not have that much experience, but everyone starts out. I feel very comfortable there. The work is professional and everyone is friendly. It's clean, you pay attention to the hygiene measures and I've always got an appointment. Since I travel a long way, I always make an appointment by phone. I have nothing to complain about and I will be very happy to come to Cali Nails in the future as well.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und wer dort unzufrieden ist, sollte sich mal selbst hinterfragen.. Preis/-Leistung ist Top und es wird umgesetzt was man auch wünscht. Eine Riesen Auswahl an Farben. Ich bin sehr zufrieden nach Hause gefahren und komme auf jedenfall wieder. Vielen Dank I was there for the first time yesterday and I am impressed by how well maintained the studio is and how clean and well the work was done. Daher bin ich ein zweites Mal hin zur Maniküre mit shellac - diesmal leider gar nicht zufrieden. Die Nägel waren sehr uneben verarbeitet und der Lack hat nicht richtig gedeckt. Der erste Nagel ist nach einem Tag abgeblättert. Nach ca 1,5 Wochen sehen meine Nägel wie auf dem Foto aus The first time I was there for the pedicure and that was really great and the result was great.
