★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht bedrijf, geen service, telefonisch haast niet te bereiken. Volgens de website kan je kiezen hoe vaak je de ramen gelapt wil hebben. Ik koos voor elke maand. Dit is nog nooit gebeurd. Elke keer moest ik ze weer bellen, en als ze gedaan waren zat de stront van de vogels er vaak nog op dan moest ik daar weer over bellen. Ook lag er een rekening in de bus terwijl ze bij de buren maar niet bij mij waren geweest. Daar weer over bellen, zegt de glazenwasser ik kon ook niet in de tuin, maar wel de rekening in de bus doen. Dan vraag ik hoe het opgelost gaat worden, krijg je een mail dat de ramen wel zijn gedaan einde discussie. Vandaag een herinneringsmail gekregen dat er nog een rekening open staat. Om problemen te voorkomen maar betaald. Ga NOOIT met dit bedrijf in zee, zonde van je tijd en energie.
Vandaag 26.11.2018 heeft Califax contact met mij opgenomen en mijn geld geretourneerd.
 Bad company, no service, almost impossible to reach by phone. According to the website you can choose how often you want the windows cleaned. I chose every month. This has never happened. Every time I had to call them again, and when they were done, the birds' shit was often still there, then I had to call again about it. There was also a bill in the bus even though they hadn't been to my neighbors' house. Calling about it again, the window cleaner says I couldn't go in the garden either, but I could do the bill in the bus. Then I ask how it will be solved, you get an email that the windows have been done. End of discussion. Received a reminder email today that an account is still open. To avoid problems but paid. NEVER do business with this company, waste of your time and energy.
Today 26.11.2018 Califax contacted me and returned my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doe geen zaken met dit bedrijf. Komen afspraken niet na, slechte communicatie, slechte service en louche contracten. Blijven facturen sturen 6 maanden na opzegging contract. Verdoe geen tijd, zoek een ander. Melding gemaakt bij Consumentenbond.
Do not do business with this company. Failure to meet agreements, poor communication, poor service and shady contracts. Continue to send invoices 6 months after termination of contract. Don't waste your time, find someone else. Reported to the Consumers' Association.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only parts of the windows were cleaned and not very good. After complaining they cleaned the rest. Cleaning personnel was quite nice though.
I was annoyed because they sent a reminder nearly every time after cleaning although we paid everything on time. I told them about it and they started to threaten me that they will forward the case to an incasso company if I didn't send all payment details immediately. Not very nice behaviour.
Would not recommend.

On the 16th of December, I filled their online form to receive an offer and a date.
On the 19th of December (Sunday night), they sent me an email stating they would come the day after.
They did not wait for my confirmation; on the 20th of December, one of their cleaners rang my doorbell while I was about to take an important exam. I asked him not to clean any of my windows and leave as I never agreed on these dates.
Now they keep asking me to pay for a service I never used.
Horrible experience, I don't recommend at all.
