Dit is mijn favoriete plek om te sporten in Dronten! Je kan elke spiergroep pakken door verschillende Calisthenics oefeningen te doen. Ook is het vaak rustig en kan je lekker je gang gaan! Ik sport hier nu ongeveer 3 maanden en merk dat dit mij meer motiveert dan bijvoorbeeld een sportschool want je bent echt bezig met je eigen lichaams gewicht. Is dit te zwaar? Dan kan je een rubbere band meenemen die zijn overal online te koop in verschillende sterktes! Dit is mijn workout waar ik mee ben begonnen: Till Failure workout Abs: -L-sit -Leg raises -Knee raises Upper body: -Pull ups -Reverse pull ups -Australian pull ups -Tricep dips -Reverse tricep dips -Behind the back dips -Push ups -Knee push ups Legs: Pistol squads (assisted) Squads Jumping squads Squads
This is my favorite place to play sports in Dronten! You can take every muscle group by doing different Calisthenics exercises. It is also often quiet and you can go ahead! I have been sporting here for about 3 months now and notice that this motivates me more than for example a gym because you are really busy with your own body weight. Is this too heavy? Then you can bring a rubber band that can be bought everywhere online in different strengths!
