I came to the conclusion that if I wanted to make working out a habit I should set goals and get professional help. With no other thought than ‘calisthenics looks cool’, I reached out to Arash, a calisthenics trainer in The Hague with the best reviews.
Simply put, Arash KNOWS HIS STUFF. Be it Calisthenics, Bodybuilding or Fitness. He’s great at guiding people at every level, helps you define your goals and really cares about you reaching them. I started out with PT, where we laid the foundation for building strength and confidence in my own body and skills. His infectious enthusiasm made me want to join his Calisthenics group lessons shortly after.
Fast forward one year later and I can honestly say his workouts have changed me for the better. Not only did my physique improve rapidly (aesthetics matter right!), I am also much stronger and love the discipline I developed regarding my own workouts.
His group classes in calisthenics and hand stand training (!!) are the greatest bonus for me, such a fun and welcoming set of people. Ego’s are left at the door and progress is celebrated by all.
Calisthenics is hard work, but very rewarding. I could not recommend a trainer more than Arash to guide you through this process.
One caveat though, he thinks he has a great sense of humor, but his jokes kinda suck! :).
