★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here from August 2017 to February 2018 as one of the first tenants of the newly built/renovated place. It is very close to the TU Delft campus. It was well built with some modern amenities (cinema hall, pool table, foosball table, dart board etc.). The problem is not when you live there, it starts when you leave. There's no guarantee on the return of your deposit and the service costs are settled only one year after you leave. The charges related to the the utilities is very opaque and high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sound insulation is extremely bad. You could hear everything happening in your neighbor's room. I mean 'everything'.... And they charge everything they can. Never opt for this place if have another better choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most people would realise that they have to pay back Camelot 300~1000 euros even after leaving the place for one year. Besides, keep in mind that the monthly payment of the service costs (120 euros) excludes warm air, warm water and electricity, meaning that any usage of warm air, warm water and electricity would deduct money from your deposit
