After multiple issues with delivery time & tracking system, I send them the printcreen with delivery irregularities & I called them, the person on the phone said it was not his job to call the delivery service and that I will have to wait a few days for his collegue to come back and check with the delivery service what is happening. "I can't do anything" is not the type of answer I was expecting...
