The prices are very good.
The inventory is excellent.
Every time I have a question and use the chat, have a person to talk to me (like last time) in less than 1 minute. It is always a person who knows the subject and ready to help.
Orders by UPS Express Saver arrive the next day.
With this example of professionalism, what can I ask for more?

Friendliest workers I ever met, offered me coffee, had a nice chitchat, professionals, and they even offered me a ride to the nearest bus station as I had to walk there 30 minutes but I kindly declined. Thank you again CameraNU Urk, I'll definitely buy more stuff from this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent friendly service. Responsive staff and a 5 year guarantee on my new camera as well as a much better price than here in the UK. My only problem was the order website as it seems all Dutch houses have numbers and mine doesn't, and the website can't cope without a number. The staff helped out though and the camera arrived really quickly. Would absolutely use CameraNU again :)

If you have any issue, the response from them is very fast and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is so far the worst service I've ever experienced in the Netherlands. I ordered online a second hand lens and received with with a big damage on the lens, so I sent it back the next day. Even though their website says "30 day free return" they blamed me for the damage (I retured it within 24 hrs) and they refused to accept the return, saying they dis not send me the lens with that damage. They only offered to change the front element of the lens and made me pay for it when they totally sent the lens like that. Be careful ordering from them, they are shameless!
