Prima service en geen enkel minpunt te bedenken in al de jaren dat we gebruik hebben gemaakt van onze camper en het onderhoud bij Wietze.
Tijdens het uitzoeken van een camper eerlijk advies ontvangen van de voor en tegens.
Wij hadden voordien ook al bij andere bedrijven rondgekeken, maar wij vonden Wietze
zeer vriendelijke en loyaal, wat wij bij andere bedrijven misten omdat de verkopers vaak te zakelijk waren.
It has been several years ago, but bought a beautiful camper at Wietze.
Excellent service and no downside to think of in all the years that we have used our camper and maintenance at Wietze.
During the search for a motorhome received honest advice of the pros and cons.
We had also looked around at other companies before, but we found Wietze
very friendly and loyal, which we missed at other companies because the sellers were often too businesslike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komen bij last-minute boekingen gemaakte schriftelijke prijs/boekingsafspraken niet na.
Vragen over verborgen kosten weggestopt in de voorwaarden/contract worden niet gewaardeerd.
Wij kregen een Oude camper, maar voorwaarden vol met boetebedingen en alle verzekeringsrisico's bij klant. En het dan gek vinden dat je eerst het contract wil zien voordat je 200 euro betaald. Vorige klant was ook aanbetaling kwijt. Daar had meneer weer een andere smoes voor, maar aanbetaling wel in zijn zak.
In het hoogseizoen is dat bij dit bedrijf blijkbaar normale gang van zaken.
Ongetwijfeld komt hier weer een ontkennend antwoord of nog slimmer gewoon schrijven of de slechte review niet eigenlijk voor een ander bedrijf was!
Do not comply with written price/booking agreements made with last-minute bookings.
Questions about hidden costs tucked away in the terms/contract are not appreciated.
We got an old camper, but conditions full of penalty clauses and all insurance risks with the customer. And then find it crazy that you first want to see the contract before you pay 200 euros. Previous customer also lost deposit. The gentleman had another excuse for that, but the deposit was in his pocket.
In the high season this is apparently normal business for this company.
No doubt here comes again a negative answer or even smarter just write if the bad review wasn't actually for another company!
