Nette oplossingen bestaan hier niet en regels recron worden ten alle tijde overschreden. Het zou al maanden zijn overgenomen maar hierover totaal geen duidelijkheid naar hun huurders behalve dat je zelfs je eigen spullen niet mag verkopen maar moet afstaan aan de oude eigenaar die een wild west tafereel probeert te laten afspelen. Medelijden met de mensen die hier nog staan en alles wat ze hebben opgebouwd vernietigd zien worden. Zowel oude als nieuwe eigenaar komen uit hetzelfde hout.
