★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a small campsite, with heaps of kids. You have to pay for warm water, the plots are small and all very close to eachother. Next time I will try one of the campsites at a farm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small campsite within easy reach of Maastricht. The facilities are limited (three showers for men and three for women) but modern and really really clean. There's a small swimming pool (not that I tried it, in March) and a big playground for kids (didn't try that either, cos I'm 59). There's a cafe/bar open from April. The proprietor is friendly and helpful. Reception had limited opening in the off season. You pay for showers on a pre-payment card but this can be topped up when the office is closed. Maastricht is a direct train ride away (the station is 15 mins on foot) and a day return is about €8. It's also easy to cycle - we did 20k but that's probably with losing the route once or twice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant base to explore from. Lots of walking and cycling routes directly from the site along well defined and marked byways.
A good restaurant and bar with attentive staff make for a pleasent evening. The site facilities are excellent, the toilets and showers are clean and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked: We didn't stay long, just overnight, taking our new motorhome back to the UK. Location-wise - it was usefully very close to the main autoroute back to the UK, also pleasantly not too built-up surrounds.
The campsite is small and well-maintained.
The toilet facilities were clean, and warm (good for late-November).
For the evening, nearby is an absolute gem of a bar: Café A ge Pannes, serving nice beers and good food. We had a nice couple of hours there.
Overall, a very good place to stay.
