Fine Capoeira school! Fun and educational for kids! Leader Lisette is very involved and enthusiastic. Can handle with kids & adults. Recommended!

De combinatie van muziek, zingen en fysiek bezig zijn is fantastisch. We trainen in de zaal maar we bezoeken ook andere capoeirascholen in binnen- en buitenland. For almost 5 years I train weekly at Semente. Nice group, relaxed atmosphere, good training. The combination of music, singing and physical activity is fantastic. We train in the hall but we also visit other capoeira schools at home and abroad.
s	sjonniethan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zit nu al 5 jaar op capoeira (ik ben 13) en zie dat je als nieuwe leerling heel goed wordt op genomen in de groep ook als je nog maar 7 bent en het blijft leuk om met je medeleerlingen te 'vechten' (spelen).Je leert muziek maken en je zelf verdedigen zowel fysiek al mentaal. Kortom de beste sport in heel Nederland I have been on capoeira for 5 years now (I am 13) and see that as a new student you are well absorbed in the group even if you are only 7 years old and it is still fun to 'fight' with your fellow students (play) .You learn to make music and defend yourself both mentally and physically. In short, the best sport in the Netherlands

Lisette is een sterke vrouw die het nodige heeft moeten doorstaan de laatste jaren. Met doorzettingsvermogen en veel wijsheid weet ze altijd het beste in anderen naar boven te halen. Fantastic Capoeira school. A lot of personal attention for the students and love for the sport. Lisette is a strong woman who has had to endure a lot in recent years. I have been a pupil of Lisette for more than 10 years and can not say anything else than that she is a fantastic teacher. Contramestre Lisette has a genuine passion for Capoeira. Lessons and workshops focus on the personal needs of students and there is always room for new ideas, teaching forms or projects. Capoeira school Semente organizes international events where guest teachers are invited, so that students become part of the international world of capoeira. Ialso never thougt I would play an instrument in a band, let alone be the leader of the band. But after four years of practice I believe I can. Thanks to the loving and firm lessons of Lisette I learned that your only boundery is in your mind.
