Het is de slechtste makelaar die je maar kan bedenken als je ze belt word er niet op genomen en als je ze te pakken hebt maken ze een terug bel verzoek maar je word nooit terug gebeld en als je je borg terug moet Krijgen gaat het niet 6 tot 8 weken duren maar ruim 20 weken en er word gelogen heel veel gelogen Do not work with this company !!! Helaas hebben ze mijn huurwoning overgenomen van een andere makelaar. En ik heb hier helemaal niets aan kunnen doen. Contact loopt slecht, ze hebben niet eens de beschikbare huizen op hun site. Reageren niet op contact formulieren op de site etc. Flut broker, is very easily accessible during the lease. They suddenly no longer exist for maintenance. Verder veel fouten gemaakt in service kosten afrekeningen. Service kosten van 2018 in februari 2020 nog steeds niet gehad en geen duidelijkheid wanneer dit verwacht kan worden terwijl op de factuur 'binnekort' staat. Gaat om meer dan 450 euro te teveel berekend was. Onderhoud aan de flat duurt nu al anderhalf jaar en is meerdere keren vertraagd. Very poor in contact, difficult to reach. Ever asked what heating costs are, never had an answer and transferred from department to department. Furthermore, many mistakes were made in service costs. Service costs of 2018 in February 2020 still not had and no clarity when this can be expected while the invoice says 'soon'. Comes to over 450 euros too much was calculated. Nu inmiddels eind april nog steeds niet gerepareerd. Vaak gebeld maar krijg nooit de verantwoordelijke aan de lijn. Die belt me ook niet terug. Het enige waar ze goed in zijn is hun verantwoordelijkheid ontwijken. Weet niet of het moedwillig is of onkunde. Had a leak at Christmas. When stopped by a plumber, only couldn't shower or use washing machine. Now still not repaired at the end of April. Often called, but never get the person in charge on the line. Unfortunately, previous agency have sold the apartment I rent to them, so I am stuck with this aweful company now. Will be moving out ASAP, they seem unreliable and shady.
