β β β β β I ordered a set of Bilstein set 5 months ago for my car. Of course, I didn't get it. They didn't even notice me during this period. They just lied when I wrote to them that I will get it next week etc. The webpage still says that you can get the item after MAX 3 working days, I told them the website is not valid but they didn't care. I didn't get any compensation, and in the end, I had to try more than 3 times to ask for a refund. After the first refund, they told me they cannot give my money back by e-mail. Then I called them, they told me I cannot get a refund through mobile. Then I asked again by e-mail... Not!! recommending the company because it wasted 5 months of my life and tried to keep my money, and for the webpage to not fix it to not trick ppl to buy that item. Why the company not punished for tricking ppl?

β β β β β This is the worst car company.I ordered a set of Bilstein for my car. The first package got lost during the transfer and the second package they send it to wrong address to different country. I wrote several emails and called several times to resolve the matter . First they answer to my phone callsbut later when the matter was not resolved I called again they did not pick up. I asked my girlfriend to call them and they picked up right away!! When I asked why did they not pick up my phone, they said that their manager is on a business trip and they can not do any decision without the manager!!! Very bad customer service, NO SERVICE AT ALL!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY!! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER SOMETHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LIARS

β β β β β Worst customer experience I ever had. Fraud.
They are not willing to send us refund after 2 months of waiting for a product that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days.
They send fake DHL tracking numbers.
I will not tolerate this anymore.
Edit to answer Carfantasy: Only tracking code I received prior to writing this review was JVGL05602883000203112629 sent to me at 6. of december by Glenn. This tracking code states only status: Label created. You can check your emails to see I am telling the truth. You updated me with correct tracking codes only later on.
I am not sure how you supported me until now. Perhaps by keeping my money for 2 months, not delivering product that was supposed to be delivered within 3 days, and being unwilling to send me a refund?

β β β β β Absolutely horrendous experience and treatment.
Ordered a set of springs (Advertised at 1-3 days delivery) Two weeks later they arrive and they've falsely advertised the springs, blamed me for buying incorrect ones. (I wouldn't have, if the advert stated such...) Agreed to send out the correct ones at NO EXTRA COST (β¬160 Value difference). I went out β¬70 to send them back, now they expect me to pay the β¬160 myself, leaving me β¬410 invested in a β¬300 set of springs. Unsurprisingly I have requested a refund.
The springs arrived back with them 1 week ago now and after numerous phone calls and emails I still have no money or springs. Not to mention the β¬70 on return shipping I will lose for sure.
Not worth the time and effort in dealing with their unresponsive and unhelpful customer service, blatant lies and ignorant aftersales contact. Over a month now from my initial order, 50 emails later and I'm left with no money, no springs and a β¬70 deficit even if I do manage to drag my original β¬170 back out of them..
If you have to spend more elsewhere to avoid purchasing something from this business.... DO IT! The business is aptly named, as the sight of my Mercedes on H&R springs remains a "fantasy"...
More ignored emails later I finally received my money back after opening a Paypal dispute.
Response to inadequate replyβ¦ Yeh I wouldβve ordered the right springs if they were advertised as suchβ¦ as for the refund, You ignored me for a week while I asked for one and you didnβt exactly have a choice in the paypal disputeβ¦ Get your act togetherβ¦ gobshites
