T	Tess M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij hebben tot en met rechtsbijstand moeten gaan om aanspraak te maken op de garantie voor onze auto waar we flink voor hebben betaald. Ze hebben het proces zo ingewikkeld gemaakt dat we uiteindelijk zelf voor een deel van het geld de handdoek in de ring hebben gegooid. Voor die paar cent waar het toen nog om ging zijn we afgehaakt. Wat een slecht bedrijf. Slecht bereikbaar, slechte voorlichting over wie je wanneer moet benaderen als er iets is en niet thuis geven bij problemen. Wanneer mogelijk altijd garantie bij de dealer zelf bedingen zodra je ‘cargarantie’ ziet staan in de Aankoopvoorwaarden. We had to go to legal aid to claim the warranty for our car for which we paid a lot. They made the process so complicated that we ended up throwing in the towel ourselves for some of the money. We dropped out for the few cents that it was about back then. What a bad company. Poorly accessible, poor information about who to approach and when if there is something wrong and not giving at home in case of problems. When possible, always stipulate a warranty with the dealer as soon as you see 'car warranty' in the Purchase Conditions.

Ik kreeg pech in Duitsland, en bij de garage bleek er iets mis te zijn met de versnellingsbak. Kosten van 2000 euro zijn volledig gedekt door cargarantie. Gewoon internationale hulp dus! Aan de telefoon ben ik ook vriendelijk te woord gestaan door Bob. Top service! As long as you stick to the conditions, everything will be fine. I had bad luck in Germany, and at the garage it turned out that there was something wrong with the gearbox. Costs of 2000 euros are fully covered by the car warranty. Just international help! I was also kindly greeted by Bob on the phone. Great service!

On vous demande de présenter le véhicule dans un garage agrée pour ensuite vous annoncer un refus de couverture tant sur les pannes électroniques que sur les problèmes mécaniques. Même lorsque les conditions particulières stipulent "noir sur blanc" que la couverture vous est acquise vous devez vous battre pour obtenir gain de cause... Lorsqu'ils acceptent enfin d'intervenir, le remboursement est erroné/incomplet et ils ne répondent plus aux demandes d'informations... La concessions elle même me dit n'avoir jamais vu une compagnie avec un service aussi faible... Un conseil, n'achetez pas un véhicule couvert par cette compagnie! Si vous êtes un garagiste soucieux, rendez service à votre réputation, fuyez cette compagnie. 0/5 Excessively long response time for a sensible company to cover you in the event of immobilization of the vehicle.
