★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf is nog maar kort bezig, maar als ze zo door blijven gaan gaat dit niet lang duren. Afspraken worden niet na gekomen. Auto wordt vuil afgeleverd. Schimmel in de kofferbak. Batterij van de afstandsbediening leeg. Dat moet je voor aflevering checken. Komt goed word er dan gezegd. Vervolgens hoor je niets. Auto zelf maar schoon laten maken. Batterij???? Tja afwachten, maar ik denk dat ik het al weet. Uiteindelijk is het allemaal goed gekomen. We hebben een tegemoetkoming gehad in de schoonmaak kosten. De batterij is vervangen. Met de welgemeende excuses een bloemetje en bonbons is het opgelost.
This company has only been around for a short time, but if they continue like this it won't last long. Agreements are not kept. Car is delivered dirty. Mold in the trunk. Battery of the remote control empty. You have to check that before delivery. It's okay, they say. Then you hear nothing. Have the car cleaned yourself. Battery???? Well wait, but I think I already know. In the end it all worked out. We have had a contribution towards the cleaning costs. The battery has been replaced. With the sincere apologies, a flower and chocolates, it is solved.
