Could go straight away. Received a phone call in advance what needed to be done and what it would cost, and also extensive explanation afterwards!

Ondanks dat de oorzaak niet echt duidelijk werd heeft men me toch kosteloos geholpen de oorzaak te vinden. Dit vind ik heel bijzonder omdat het boven de 'normale' service uitsteekt en het steeds minder gewoon is je klant iets meer te bieden. Heel fijn! Very satisfied with the service. I came for a small turn and MOT but unfortunately there was an unexpected difficult (electronic) malfunction. Despite the fact that the cause was not really clear, they helped me to find the cause free of charge. I find this very special because it exceeds the 'normal' service and it is less and less common to offer your customer a little more. Very nice!

Good service and well helped by René and his team. Bought my car and delivered it within 2 days, because I needed it earlier than agreed!

Of ik telefonisch de auto kon kopen onder voorbehoud, was geen probleem. Hierna meerdere malen telefonisch contact gehad over het afleverpakket en de extra gewenste service. Dit alles verliep zeer prettig en professioneel. Rene staat je rustig te woord en denkt ook met je mee. Bij de uiteindelijk overdracht had ik problemen met het betalen met de pin en ook hier waren ze heel geduldig en hielpen waar mogelijk. Uiteindelijk kon ik het online overmaken via de pc in de showroom met koffie en fris erbij. De auto werd afgeleverd met een volle tank omdat het te warm weer was voor een bos bloemen in de auto. De auto was tip top! Van binnen en buiten volledig gereinigd. Heel tevreden over deze koop en CarCare Bovenkamp. Aanrader! Very good experience with CarCare Bovenkamp! Found a KIA Picanto for my mother online via accelerator/autotrack. Whether or not I could buy the car over the phone, subject to change, was no problem. After this, I had several telephone calls about the delivery package and the extra desired service. All this went very smoothly and professionally. Rene speaks to you calmly and also thinks along with you. At the final transfer I had problems paying with the pin and here too they were very patient and helped where possible. In the end I was able to transfer it online via the PC in the showroom with coffee and soda. The car was delivered with a full tank because the weather was too hot for a bunch of flowers in the car. The car was tip top! Completely cleaned inside and out. Very satisfied with this purchase and CarCare Bovenkamp. Recommended!
