★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In januari benaderde ik CareerAdvisor met het verzoek om advies in het maken van een keus voor de juiste begeleiding. Ik kreeg een vrijblijvende transparante offerte waar ik het geheel traject al voor me kon zien.
CareerAdvisor komt to the point op alle punten waar dat nodig is. De duidelijkheid vooraf gaf mij al inzage in wat ik mocht verwachten. Vervolgens werd mij een coach toegewezen die na de eerste gesprekken in februari/maart nog meer maatwerk leverde en precies aan de slag ging op de punten die ik nodig had net zoals in de offerte was vermeld.
Als een sneltrein ging het coachingsproces naar de nieuwe baan: terwijl ik geboeid zat te volgen welke tools ik straks weer nodig zou hebben merkte ik in juni ineens dat ik gearriveerd was bij de nieuwe baan. Briljant!

CareerAdvisor comes to the point where necessary. The clarity beforehand gave me insight into what I could expect. I was then assigned a coach who, after the first conversations in February/March, delivered even more customization and got to work exactly on the points I needed, just as stated in the quotation.
The coaching process went to the new job like an express train: while I was fascinated to follow which tools I would need again, I suddenly noticed in June that I had arrived at the new job. Brilliant!
