M	Margareth Meijer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eén keer een gesprek gehad (ondertussen zat hij continu appjes e.d. te lezen en hij had een meerdere vlekken op zijn overhemd), in een soort wegrestaurant bij Schiphol. Ik kon het gesprek met een andere sollicitant horen terwijl ik zat te wachten. Nooit meet iets gehoord. Dat wekt niet bepaald vertrouwen... Ik ga nooit met ze in zee in ieder geval. Had a conversation once (in the meantime he was continuously reading text messages, etc. and he had several spots on his shirt), in a kind of roadhouse near Schiphol. I could hear the conversation with another applicant while I was waiting. Never heard anything. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence ... At least I never do business with them.

W	Wilco Kievit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tijdens mijn studie overgestapt van een uitzendbureau in de zorg naar Careflex. Tijdens de sollicitatie procedure werd me al helemaal duidelijk dat ze geen uitzendbureau zijn, maar echt een zorgleverancier. Behalve ontzettend tof om clienten en collega's bij andere instellingen op deze manier te mogen bijstaan en ontzorgen. Vooral ook fijn dat wanneer je op een locatie komt, de andere begeleiders daar weten dat het goedkomt want er is iemand van Careflex. Onwijs tof hoeveel aandacht er is voor medewerkers binnen Careflex, je een eigen coach toegewezen krijgt die vanaf het eerste moment naast je staat en regelmatig contact met je heeft om vooral ook te kijken welke locaties, clienten en diensten het beste bij je passen. Daarnaast bieden ze een heel scala aan cursussen aan en bewegen ze op die manier echt met de medewerkers mee. Inmiddels in de afrondende fase van mijn opleiding..maar ik hoop hier nog wel een hele tijd rond te hangen. Zo kan de zorg dus ook XD met aandacht voor de Begeleiders, zodat die de aandacht bij de client kunnen houden During my studies I switched from an employment agency in healthcare to Careflex. Except very cool to be able to assist and unburden clients and colleagues at other institutions in this way. Incredibly cool how much attention there is for employees within Careflex, you will be assigned your own coach who is next to you from the first moment and has regular contact with you to see which locations, clients and services suit you best. In addition, they offer a wide range of courses and that way they really move with the employees. Now in the final phase of my training ... but I hope to hang around here for a long time. This means that care can also be XD with attention for the supervisors, so that they can keep the attention on the client

Duidelijk aangegeven tijdens sollicitatie waar mijn ambitie en proffessie ligt maar betreffende doelgroep had gewoon mensen nodig. Aangegeven dat ik dat niet meer ga doen en vlg vraag is dan of ik wel voor careflex wil blijven werken. Jazeker maar niet de doelgroep waar ik in geduwd ben. Ort in uurloon? Grapjassen, dan geen nachtdienst tot dit aparte beleid is herzien. It's a shame you're being put into a sport that doesn't suit me. Clearly indicated during the application where my ambition and professional session lie, but the target group in question simply needed people. It is indicated that I am not going to do that anymore and vlg question is whether I want to continue working for careflex. Yes, but not the target group I have been pushed into. Ort in hourly wages? Joke, then no night shift until this separate policy is revised.

Samen 100% is het motto van Careflex en deze maken ze 100% waar. Being part of this beautiful institute for 4 years, where care for clients in different target groups, but also care for employees, is the highest priority. Na 2 leerzame en vooral gezellige maanden ben ik blijven werken bij Careflex. Ik heb het hier heel erg naar mijn zin. Het werk is heel variërend en goede te combineren met mijn school. Naast de leuke werkzaamheden is vooral heel gezellig met af en toe een hele gezellige borrel ;) Last April I started at Careflex as an intern within communication. After 2 instructive and above all pleasant months, I continued to work at Careflex. I really enjoy it here. The work is very varied and can be easily combined with my school.
