★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze 3 jaar oude Caressi zeeppomp werkte niet naar behoren meer en de keukenleverancier waar ie was gekocht bestaat niet meer. Caressi rechtstreeks een mail gestuurd en alles is binnen een week perfect opgelost. Snelle en correcte reactie op de mail en probleem naar volle tevredenheid opgelost.

Our 3 year old Caressi soap dispenser no longer worked properly and the kitchen supplier where it was bought no longer exists. Caressi sent an email directly and everything is perfectly resolved within a week. Fast and correct response to the email and problem solved to your complete satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keukenkraan klein jaar in gebruik. Zwarte coating liet een beetje los, dus contact gezocht. Zeer netjes opgelost, monteur langs geweest heeft de gehele kraan kosteloos vervangen. Verder voelt de kraan kwalitatief goed aan, ziet er mooi uit, goed afgewerkt en nagedacht over wat praktisch is. Betaalbaar. Enige probleem was dus de zwarte verf, volgens de monteur gebeurt dit bij alle merken (monteur is niet van Caressi maar van algemeen onderhoudsbedrijf).
Kitchen faucet in use for less than a year. Black coating came off a bit, so contacted me. Very neatly solved, a mechanic visited and replaced the entire tap free of charge. Furthermore, the tap feels good quality, looks nice, well finished and thought about what is practical. Affordable. The only problem was the black paint, according to the mechanic this happens with all brands (the mechanic is not from Caressi but from a general maintenance company).

Sink: after 26 months the drain screw broke. See photo... Caressi has sent a new screw. Well resolved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought an expensive kitchen tap model, which broke after 1 week. Despite many emails, phone calls and the intervention of the seller, the producer failed to replace the tap with the one functioning properly. They apparently also have the same tap model in different sizes, so eventually they suggested I have my stone kitchen top adjusted on my own expense (despite the first model fitting well), so that they could provide me with a new one. This would mean I have to make the adjustment, and then have a technician fit the new tap - no water in the kitchen for some time. I am not sure what it was... Maybe I wasn't a credible customer, trying to resolve the problem. Now I have given up and have a wonderful Caressi tap with a broken outlet for more than 1 year and five months...
