★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to show a small crack on windshield. Welcomed with a smile by the technician, and local boss offered me to sit and have a coffee while working on my car. they then cleaned all glasses... with a smile. nice experience

A stone chipped my windshield, I booked an appointment online in less than 5 min for same day, I took the car to this shop and the engineer explained from the start the expected results and potential risks, he finished the job in 30 min and sent the request directly to my insurance company who covered 100% of the costs. Staff is brilliant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to make an appointment by phone very easy, all arranged in and taken care of in just minutes. All perfect! Until.... until I wanted to cancel my appointment. The Carglass callcenter has a plethora of tools to discourage potential clients to cancel an appointment. Like automated messages that disconnect a phone call if you choose the cancel-appointment option from the menu. Or being put on hold for 5 minutes. Two callcenter girls tried to send me from the box to the wall and purposely misled me about sending a confirmation email. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really friendly, beautiful replacement glass, they did struggle with removing the old window and ended up brute forcing it, now i am missing a couple of fasteners, clips and bolts that held some trim pieces in place. Nothing major but not great either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The professional at this Carglass office did a fantastic job when replacing my windscreen. The process took less than 3 hours from start to finish. The person working on my car was friendly and very open for conversations whilst working. He also allowed me to take pictures of the entire process so that I could show that to my kids at home. :) The working area was clean and very spacious. The front office was also clean and included an area where I could sit down and do some work whilst drinking coffee. WiFi was available as well as guest restrooms, which were (again) also clean. At the end, they even cleaned the interior of my car, which was a great bonus! They drove my car upfront and I drove away with my brand new windscreen. The new windscreen looks great and is indistinguishable from the original. I recommend this Carglass office to anyone who needs a quick but good windscreen repair or replacement service.
