Bij binnenkomst is het al heel snel duidelijk dat dit niet de doorsnee handelaar is maar een passie heeft voor zijn werk. De auto was keurig gepoetst en alles zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Alles was snel geregeld zonder enkele problemen. Vriendelijke verkoper! Ik kan Carlo Automotive aan een ieder adviseren. Ik ben met een heel goed gevoel de weg op gestuurd! Komen woorden na dat in advertentie vermeld staan. Transparante bedrijf en meedenkend in oplossingen. Dankjewel en succes in heden. Very candidly received. Contacted 2 days earlier for the car in question, made an appointment and drove from Limburg to Carlo Automotive and worth every km. Comes after words stated in ad. Aan- en verkoop verliep vlekkeloos waarbij Carlo ook coulance bood aangezien de rdw papieren van onze auto tbv de overschrijving niet op tijd binnen waren. Vriendelijke dealer die transparant zaken doet. Ook fijn dat hij vlug reageert op vragen ook mbt inruilwaarde van de oude auto. Al met al een goede ervaring. Bought a nice complete used car and traded in our car. Mijn eerste auto aan hem verkocht en een weer een nieuwe auto bij hem gekocht. Een Renault rs-line. Deze had nog fabrieksgarantie. Helaas deed de airco niet wat hij moest doen en deze vervangen is een duur grapje. Carlo heeft deze auto toen netjes voor mij bij Renault gemeld om deze na te laten kijken. En inderdaad, de airco was stuk. Vandaag laten maken en doet het weer na behoren. Het viel onder de garantie dus verder geen omkijken meer naar. Bedankt Carlo voor je service. En wie weet tot de volgende! ? We once sold our family car to Carlo. A few months later I came back to Carlo's shop to trade in my first car. Sold my first car to him and bought another new car from him. A Renault RS line. It still had factory warranty. Unfortunately the air con didn't do what it was supposed to do and replacing it is an expensive joke. Carlo then neatly reported this car to Renault for me to have it checked. And yes, the air conditioning was broken. Had it made today and it's back to normal. It was covered under warranty so no more worries. Thank you Carlo for your service. And who knows until the next! ?
