In de verkennende fase hebben zij mij met hun brede inhoudelijke kennis geadviseerd over de auto´s die ik leuk vond en zijn wij samen tot een keuze zijn gekomen. Vervolgens hebben zij mij van A tot Z ontzorgd. Zo hebben zij een check gedaan op de verkopende partij, onderhandeld over de prijs, het transport van Duitsland naar Nederland verzorgt en de administratie met het RDW en belastingdienst geregeld. Het meest tevreden ben ik over de communicatie gedurende het traject waarin ik vrijwel elke dag een update (inclusief foto´s!) heb ontvangen. Iets wat zeer welkom is bij een toch wel uitzonderlijke aankoop. Last week I received my new car from Carmatcher and I am very satisfied with the service provided. In the exploratory phase they advised me with their broad substantive knowledge about the cars I liked and we came to a choice together. They then unburdened me from A to Z.
