β β β β β I've purchased a car there. The guarantee was 6 months excluding airco. They failed to mention the airco is broken. I can't say they lied, but definitely didn't tell the truth. I find it disgusting, as the price was higher than other cars of this type in other places. If you decide to buy there, better ask for confirmation everything is perfect with the car, because maintenence does not reveal everything.

β β β β β I recently bought a car from CarNext-Breukelen and I asked them for twice about any damage on the car, and they only mentioned some scratches and therefore just I bought it as I found it a nice car.
However, after buying it, I understood that there are different damages for the car which result in change of some parts, repairing some parts and also painting. When I came back to them I understood that the damages history were already there in their own internal database and just they did not share with me. My question is why they did not share while it was requested and also it was clear for them?
Additionally, it is now said, if I return the car then the maintenance cost that I ordered upon my purchase will not be reimbursed.
Therefore, if you want to buy a car from them please consider:
1) First ask them in a written term clearly to report you the damage history from their own database.
2) After evaluation, buy the car online to have 2 weeks return guarantee and preferably do not ask for extra packages like maintenance.
3) Additionally, check the car by an expert to be sure that there is no any issue.

With the anticipation that I will soon become the owner of a new car, I arrived at the CarNext showroom. I live in Amsterdam, the drive is not close, but it was worth it!
The number of cars provided at the showroom was impressive. Even before arrival, you can reserve your favorite car.
Jordi Aalsters helped us.
He was very competent and knew absolutely everything.
We had many, many questions, and he helped to sort out each of the questions. All my questions were resolved!
I think no one has asked as many questions as I have before, but Jordi was calm and acted like a professional.
No surprises. Everything is clean and transparent.
I am grateful to Jordi Aalsters, we were pleased with the cooperation with him and with CarNext, I will recommend this place and Jordi to my friends for buying a car.
