ITop service, ik mocht zelfs 5 showroom exemplaren meenemen tegen een borg van 20 euro mits ik ze de volgende dag voor openingstijd terug kon brengen. Door deze actie kon ik ze in mijn woning bekijken en uiteindelijk besloten om toch voor de hogere segment te kiezen. Levertijd was razendsnel, én toen ik vertelde dat ik in een woning ben verhuisd zonder vloer hebben ze mij toch zo snel mogelijk ingepland voor het leggen van de vinyl. Geweldige service, geweldige mensen, en perfecte resultaat. Ik heb een top vloer en de stoffeerder een foto met ons samen! Alsnog bedankt en wie weet kom ik terug als ik ook ga verhuizen! Great service! ITop service, I was even allowed to bring 5 showroom copies for a deposit of 20 euros, provided I could return them the next day before opening time. This promotion allowed me to view them in my home and eventually decided to opt for the higher segment. Delivery time was lightning fast, and when I told them that I moved into a house without a floor, they scheduled me as soon as possible to install the vinyl. Great service, great people, and perfect results. I have a top floor and the upholsterer a photo with us! Thanks anyway and who knows I will come back if I also move!

They try to attract you with discounts, as soon they get your deposit you would see what their real service is. I ordered wooden flooring there (with a 10% extra reserve for cutting-I'm a professional architect, took measurements with a laser ruler, had a drawing of that), they said delivery was free. Then they insisted their guy takes "correct" measurements, never said I pay for that 25 euros. Their guy took measurements with a 5m tape ruler incorrectly. They increased quantity of packages of wooden floor (hence installation job)-became 10% extra + 1 more package, recalculated door mat with more expensive one, the whole quotation has increased. I called them to schedule delivery at least 24 hours before installation so wood could take the room humidity (they never cared of that, but all real professionals always insist on that), that caused a lot of troubles for them to confirm that delivery. To that moment I realized I don't want to trust installing my floor to these so-called professionals as they absolutely didn't care about the quality. I declined their service of the floor installation and they immediately refused to deliver.
