★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na jaren van demonstraties voor de aanleg van een carpoolplaats heeft het pittoreske Workum een jaar of 7 geleden haar felbegeerde carpoolplaats gekregen. De aanleg van deze carpoolplaats (40 parkeervakken) kostte de belastingbetalers slechts €300.000,- . Het kost een paar centen maar dan heb je ook wat. namelijk een goed verlichte carpoolplaats waar mensen vechten om een parkeerplek in de ochtend.
Want met een gemiddelde van maar liefst 2 auto's per dag kunnen we natuurlijk zeggen dat de carpoolplek een daverend succes is geworden.
Al met al krijgt deze voorziening van mij 5 sterren aangezien er altijd voldoende parkeerplek is.
After years of demonstrations for the construction of a carpool place, the picturesque Workum got its coveted carpool place about 7 years ago. The construction of this carpool space (40 parking spaces) cost taxpayers only €300,000. It costs a few cents but then you have something. namely a well-lit carpool area where people fight for a parking space in the morning.
Because with an average of no less than 2 cars per day, we can of course say that the carpool spot has become a resounding success.
All in all, this facility gets 5 stars from me because there is always enough parking space.
