C	Catelijne Lieshout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij dit bedrijf terecht gekomen vanwege het opheffen van APK-mogelijkheid bij Euromaster en dat is zeker geen slechte keuze geweest! Een kleine greep: Nadat het economisch niet meer rendabel was onze Honda te laten maken hebben zij voor ons nog gezocht naar een eventuele koper en toen dat niet lukte hebben zij hem kosteloos laten afvoeren. Onze Toyota kwam met een aantal reparaties uit de APK, één daarvan waren de remmen. Nadat de voorste schijven + blokken waren vervangen bleven we problemen houden. Al na zeer korte tijd ontstond roest op de schijven en klonk er continue een schelle piep bij het remmen. Na meerdere malen de schijven + blokken opnieuw te hebben laten vervangen bleek het om een heel klein verschil in nummering te gaan daar onze Toyota een import auto is. Hoe dan ook werd er niet gerust totdat het probleem was opgelost en werd er ook continue contact opgenomen met ons om het te blijven volgen, ook nadat het eindelijk opgelost was werd er nog regelmatig gebeld of alles nog steeds in orde was. Tweede probleem van de Toyota was speling en een knakkend geluid in de stuurkolom, conclusie: deze moest vervangen worden. Er werd goed meegedacht en er werd besloten om deze uit China te laten komen om de kosten te drukken. Dan zouden we de auto wel wat langer kwijt zijn, uiteraard geen probleem. Het onderdeel liet helaas door Covid lang op zich wachten, het opnieuw inleren van de computer lukte maar steeds niet vanwege eerder aangebrachte aanpassingen door de vorige eigenaar en het onderdeel wat dit uiteindelijk veroorzaakte had een levertijd van een maand. Uiteindelijk waren we de auto 3 maanden kwijt, echter in die 3 maanden mochten we kosteloos gebruik maken van een leenauto en werd er ook nu weer continue contact gehouden over de voortgang. Nadat we de auto eindelijk terug hadden werd ook een week erna netjes even gebeld of alles nog steeds in orde was. Kortom, de service is top! Wij zijn zeer tevreden en raden deze garage dan ook zeker aan! Ended up with this company because of the cancellation of the MOT option at Euromaster and that was certainly not a bad choice! A small selection: After it was no longer economically profitable to have our Honda made, they looked for a possible buyer for us and when that did not work, they had it removed free of charge. Our Toyota came with a number of repairs from the MOT, one of which was the brakes. After the front discs + blocks were replaced, we continued to have problems. After a very short time, rust started to form on the discs and there was a continuous shrill squeak when braking. After having the discs + blocks replaced several times it turned out to be a very small difference in numbering as our Toyota is an import car. Anyway, there was no peace of mind until the problem was resolved and we were also continuously contacted to keep following it, even after it was finally resolved, there were still regular calls to see if everything was still okay. The second problem of the Toyota was play and a cracking sound in the steering column, conclusion: it had to be replaced. There was good thought and it was decided to have it come from China to keep costs down. Then we would have lost the car a bit longer, of course no problem. Unfortunately, the part took a long time by Covid, the re-learning of the computer was successful but always not due to previously made adjustments by the previous owner and the part that ultimately caused this had a delivery time of one month. In the end we lost the car for 3 months, however in those 3 months we were allowed to use a loan car free of charge and we were again kept in touch about the progress. After we finally got the car back, the next week we also called us to see if everything was still in order. In short, the service is great! We are very satisfied and definitely recommend this garage!
