★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb een vrij nieuwe auto waarvan enkele airbags af waren gegaan. Na herstel en vervanging van de airbags bleef er een vervelende melding aanwezig op het dashboard dat het schadeherstelbedrijf niet kon wissen.
Airbagmodule.nl gebeld, nette heer neemt de telefoon op en staat mij goed en duidelijk te woord, prijsopgave en een reparatietermijn vooraf gegeven en ik kon dezelfde middag de losse airbagmodule langsbrengen.
Na de afgesproken termijn kreeg ik netjes bericht dat de airbagmodule klaar lag. Ik kon deze dezelfde avond nog (buiten kantooruren!) komen ophalen. Een kleine ochtend schroefwerk later heb ik weer een volledig werkende auto zonder melding op het display!
Ik ben uiterst tevreden over de manier waarop ik te woord ben gestaan, de communicatie gedurende de reparatie van mijn module (altijd binnen het uur reactie op Whatsapp-berichtjes gehad) en de snelheid en vakkundigheid waarmee de reparatie is uitgevoerd.
Ik hoop dat ik niet snel weer een airbagmodule moet laten resetten, maar als het nodig is, dan weet ik zeker dat ik hier terug kom!
I have a fairly new car that had some airbags blown off. After repair and replacement of the airbags, an annoying message remained on the dashboard that the bodyshop could not erase.
Airbagmodule.nl called, nice gentleman picks up the phone and speaks to me well and clearly, quote and a repair period given in advance and I was able to deliver the separate airbag module the same afternoon.
After the agreed term, I was neatly informed that the airbag module was ready. I was able to pick up this same evening (outside office hours!). A little morning screw work later I have a fully working car again without a message on the display!
I am extremely satisfied with the way I was treated, the communication during the repair of my module (always had a response to Whatsapp messages within the hour) and the speed and professionalism with which the repair was carried out.
I hope I don't have to have another airbag module reset soon, but if I need to, I'm sure I'll be back here!
