★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time Casa for us. Bought some decoration some weeks ago of which we wanted to return a few items. As, at that time, the shop was only open by appointment we were instructed to return the items after the shop would re-open fully (based on the applying corona measures, makes sense). May 2021, shop re-opens, we went to return the items. First remark of the employee, "sorry, the return period has passed". Hereby a remark for the store manager, please instruct and train your staff adequately based on your own rules/procedures. Then, getting our money back. If you return any items to Casa, don't expect to get your money back but instead a voucher. Very disappointing. They counter this by saying they have no cash in store, neither they can do a reverse PIN transaction. So, dear store manager of Casa. Please invest in training your employees adequately and think of ways to improve the customer experience in case of returns.
