Ik heb deze dan netjes teruggestuurd en C&B heeft mij correct en snel bediend en mijn geld teruggestort. Ik blijf C&B zeker volgen in mijn zoektocht naar een nieuwe tas. I ordered a bag and it was top quality in terms of quality. Only, I imagined the bag slightly differently. I have then returned it properly and C&B has served me correctly and quickly and refunded my money. I will definitely follow C&B in my search for a new bag.

Na contact met de klantendienst werd mij kosteloos een retour eengeboden en kreeg ik meteen een nieuwe riem. Prachtige duurzame producten en een super klantendienst! Ik ben fan! This brand wears my initials fan in advance. Purchased belt and wallet. After 2 years my belt started showing some abnormal wear. After contacting customer service, I was offered a free return and immediately received a new belt. Beautiful sustainable products and great customer service! I'm a fan!

De tas na enkele dagen retour gezonden maar noch Castelijn & Beerens noch Travelbags wilde dit oplossen of omruilen. Althans 30 dagen retourrecht. Ons salon waar kinderen met autootjes in spelen heeft hier nooit last van gehad, daar ziet men zelfs niets van. Met vorige tas van Knomo nooit dit aan de hand gehad. Kwaliteit is gewoonweg ondermaats. Er zijn veel betere merken die daarbij nog goedkoper zijn. Nooit meer deze rommel. Bekijk zeker de foto's. Beautiful luxury laptop bag ordered but immediately damage to the leather while nothing had happened to the bag. The bag was sent back after a few days, but neither Castelijn & Beerens nor Travelbags wanted to solve or exchange this. At least 30 days return policy. Our salon where children play with cars has never been bothered by this, you don't even see it. This was never the case with Knomo's previous bag. Quality is simply sub-par. There are much better brands that are even cheaper. Never again this mess. Be sure to take a look at the photos.

U. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tas gekocht voor mijn vrouw. echt een top product. prijs kwaliteit is zeker top. we hadden ook een ralph lauren besteld die 100 euro duurder is, maar kwaliteit duidelijk minder dan CB. enige wat een beetje goedkoop aan voelde was de manier hoe de rits is geplaatst. rits zelf is zeer goede kwaliteit, maar op het einde gaat die nog iets van 2 cm verder en dat bungelt maar een beetje daar. ik gok dat het is gedaan voor anti-diefstal, maar voelde beetje goedkoop. verder jammer dat als je de rits helemaal dicht hebt Gerrits de zijkanten van de tas nog open zijn. bag bought for my wife. really a great product. price quality is definitely top. we had also ordered a ralph lauren which is 100 euros more expensive, but quality clearly less than CB. only thing that felt a bit cheap was the way the zipper is placed. zipper itself is very good quality, but in the end it goes a little more than 2 cm and it just dangles a bit there. i'm guessing it's done for anti theft but felt bit cheap. Furthermore, it is a pity that if you have the zipper completely closed Gerrits, the sides of the bag are still open.
