★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war wieder einmal mehr ein unvergesslicher Abend. Tolles Essen in einer sehr abgestimmten Reihenfolge. Heraus zu heben ist vielleicht die vor Ort zubereitete Lachsforelle.
