Diese Situation nahm ich dann zum Anlass die Fellnase auf artgerechte Fütterung umzustellen. Von ersten Moment hatte ich Vertrauen das die Umstellung klappen wird. Daphne strahlt eine große Fachkompetenz aus. Egal was für merkwürdige Fragen ich hatte, es kam immer eine schnelle Antwort - sei es per WhatsApp, E-Mail oder Telefonat. Auch wenn nächstes Jahr voraussichtlich bei uns das Thema Hund im Raum steht, weiß ich an wem ich mich vertrauensvoll wenden kann. Maya und ich danke rechtherzlich für die tolle Betreuung. Fast ein Jahr lang waren wir wegen unseres Katers Stammgast beim Tierarzt und nichts hat wirklich geholfen. Letzten Endes hat eine Ernährungsumstellung den gewünschten Erfolg gebracht und sowohl Tier als auch Mensch sind wieder glücklich. I can warmly recommend Daphne's advice. For almost a year we were a regular at the vet because of our hangover and nothing really helped. In the end, a change in diet has brought the desired success and both animals and humans are happy again.

Daphne stand mir bei der Umstellung stets mit Rat und Tat und vor allem viel Geduld an der Seite. Jede Frage wurde super schnell beantwortet! Sie hat nicht nur Futterpläne, sondern dann auch ein ausführliches Info Dokument erstellt, um mir einen Selbstständigen Umgang bei der Futterzubereitung zu ermöglichen. :) Jederzeit wieder! With Daphne's help, I switched my dog to baref. I didn't trust myself to be alone. Daphne was always at my side with advice and action and, above all, a lot of patience during the changeover. Zumindest dachte ich das, bis ich in FB auf eine Barf Gruppe gestoßen bin und gesehen habe, dass ich noch sehr viel an meinen Rezepten überarbeiten muss. Da es für Hunde und Katzen eben doch große Unterschiede gibt, habe ich irgendwann völlig entnervt aufgegeben und Daphne um Unterstützung gebeten. Liebe Daphne, du bist eine sehr liebenswerte, freundliche und kompetente Ernährungsberaterin und bist auf unsere eigenen Wünsche und Bedürfnisse gerne eingegangen. At least that's what I thought until I came across a Barf group in FB and saw that I still have a lot to revise my recipes. I spent hours researching the Internet and printing out tons of information. Since there are big differences for dogs and cats, at some point I gave up completely unnerved and asked Daphne for support. Dear Daphne, you are a very lovable, friendly and competent nutritionist and were happy to respond to our own wishes and needs. You always have an open ear for questions and answer them in detail and understandably. Thank you very much for your help and I will recommend you 100% at any time.
