Ga hier alstublieft nooit naartoe, ze beweren 7 dagen in de week Klantenservice maar dat is zeker niet waar. Ik adviseer digiD aan te vragen en het theorie examen bij cbr zelf aan te vragen, dat is trouwens ook goedkoper, conclusie je word opgelicht en tegen gelogen ga hier simpelweg geen moeite aan besteden Customer service that does not help you, dates that are incorrect, everything is moved. Please don't ever go here they claim Customer service 7 days a week but that's definitely not true. I recommend applying for digiD and requesting the theory exam at CBR itself, which is also cheaper, conclusion you will be cheated and lied to, simply do not spend any effort on this

DOE LEKKER OP HET CBR! Verschrikkelijke site die probeert te profiteren van kinderen die graag hun rijbewijs willen en dat zelf moeten betalen. Ik hoop dat jullie allemaal branden in de hel, gore vieze naaistreek dit. Terrible. Pay 50 euros for something that can be done for 30 euros, then 18 euros profit due to the "administration costs" NEVER ORDER ANYTHING HERE! THEY LIGHT UP YOU! HAVE FUN ON THE CBR! Terrible site that tries to take advantage of kids who want their driver's license and have to pay for it themselves. I hope you all burn in hell, filthy filthy bitch this.

You think you are registering with the CBR but pay 21 euros more and cannot get it back in any way. Book through the CBR!
J	Josje Bosman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had een theorie-examen aangevraagd en betaald online en kwam hierna direct erachter dat mijn ouders als “verassing” mij hadden ingepland. Toen ik dit hoorde heb ik direct een mail gestuurd om het te annuleren. Er zat niet eens 10 minuten tussen de aanvraag en het annuleringmail. Echter werd hier geen begrip voor gegeven. Hier nog een keer over gemaild om het nog duidelijker te vertellen en aan te geven maar geen succes. Nog steeds geen begrip hiervoor. Ik ben hier echt boos over aangezien er eigenlijk nog niks is gedaan of is gepland aangezien de annuleringmail direct er achter aan gestuurd. Ik had begrip hiervoor kunnen tonen wanneer ik het een dag of twee later pas vermelde. Dit ook duidelijk aangegeven in de mail. Maar helaas. Ik vind dit heel heel erg jammer en ik vind het eigenlijk bijna oplichterij door geld te verdienen met niks doen en dan doen alsof jullie als bedrijf er niks meer aan kunnen doen. Ik raad aan en hoop dat niemand wat bij jullie koopt!!! I had requested a theory exam and paid for it online, and I immediately found out that my parents had planned me as a "surprise". When I heard this, I immediately sent an email to cancel it. There wasn't even 10 minutes between the request and the cancellation email. However, no understanding was given for this. E-mailed about this again to tell it more clearly and to indicate but no success. Still no understanding of this. I am really angry about this since nothing has actually been done or is planned since the cancellation mail was sent directly after it. I could have shown understanding for this when I mentioned it a day or two later. This also clearly indicated in the mail. But unfortunately. I find this very unfortunate and I think it is almost a scam by making money by doing nothing and then pretending that you as a company can do nothing about it. I recommend and hope that nobody buys anything from you !!!

p	perry kasbergen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je denkt bij het CBR aanbeland te zijn, maar dat is echt niet zo. Je hebt betaald en dan een datum en tijd bevestigd krijgen is gewoon geen doen. Annuleer de aanvraag maar en dan ben je de 20 euro administratie kosten kwijt. Geen zaken mee doen gewoon direct bij het CBR, is goedkoper en direct antwoord en reservering. You think you have arrived at the CBR, but that is really not the case. You have paid and then getting a date and time confirmed is simply not an option. Cancel the application and then you lose the 20 euro administration fee. Do not do business just directly at the CBR, is cheaper and direct response and reservation.

Je krijgt slechts beperkte keuze voorgelegd, en je betaald voor het theorie-examen bromfiets 20 euro meer dan bij het CBR. Oplichters! Boek direct op de site van CBR. Dit soort praktijken zou verboden moeten worden. I'm tucked in there. Thought I was on the CBR site, it turns out not to be. You will only be given a limited choice, and you will pay 20 euros more for the moped theory exam than at the CBR. Scammers! Book directly on the CBR site. Such practices should be banned.
