Via verzekeraar is deze schade-expert ingeschakeld. Gelijk gebeld, hadden ze pas een maand later tijd om de schade op te komen nemen. Dat was vandaag. Komen gewoon niet opdagen. In de tussentijd geen telefoon of mail van ze gehad. Vandaag ook telefonisch niet bereikbaar vanwege een storing zegt een bandje. Lijken van de aardbodem verdwenen. Verzekeraar is op de hoogte gesteld. Gewoon een k*tbedrijf!
This loss adjuster has been engaged through the insurer. Immediately called, they only had time a month later to come and assess the damage. That was today. Just don't show up. In the meantime, no phone or email from them. Today also not reachable by phone due to a malfunction, says a band. Corpses disappeared from the face of the earth. Insurer has been notified. Just a shit company!

Als je wilt dat er allerlei extra zaken in rekening worden gebracht in een schaderapport moet je hier zijn. Klein deukje bij mijn buurman in zijportier gereden, netjes gemeld en aangegeven dit zelf te willen betalen na afhandeling verzekering. Zo gezegd, zo gedaan. Uiteindelijk is er voor een simpel deukje ruim 2K aan schade vastgesteld waaronder onderdelen die niet beschadigd en vervangen zijn. Onnodig spuitwerk van een niet beschadigd uitvoeren onder het mom van kleurverschil voorkomen. Als dat het geval is zou je de hele auto spuiten.. En zo zullen er ongetwijfeld nog andere zaken bijgekomen die buiten de schade om zijn meegenomen om de rekening op te voeren. Eerlijke bedoeling.
If you want all kinds of extra things to be charged in a damage report, this is the place to be. Small dent in my neighbor's side door, reported neatly and indicated that he wanted to pay for this myself after handling insurance. No sooner said than done. In the end, more than 2K of damage was determined for a simple dent, including parts that were not damaged and replaced. To avoid unnecessary spraying of an undamaged under the guise of color difference. If that is the case, you would spray the entire car.. And so there will undoubtedly be other things that have been included outside the damage to increase the bill. Honest intent.

Unprofessional people working in this company. Making report they are writing lie what people don’t even say/report. Takes almost a month to send report....

I'm outstandingly shocked at how insanely bad this company is with dealing claims - I'm waiting now since 5 months for my money. A car insured with their company drove against my car and it was 100% his fault and I have proof of that! However, they say that I'm 50% at fault WITHOUT even investigating the witness! I call them twice every week to just get some overview and nothing has happened yet even though 5 MONTHS have passed. Instead, they break my right to privacy by sending my private information to strangers, trying to keep the money from students (me) and never inform me about anything. The only way I got information is when I spend a great amount of my private time. Not once I got a call from them, even though I asked a dozen times for that. I've tried being patient and working with this bad service, but nothing has come from them since those 5 months! I will search for legal aid because this is UNACCEPTABLE!

After a visit from their expert. I was left feeling assured that the damages would be covered by the insurance. He left me in no doubt and guaranteed it. I was not surprised as the circumstances of the damages where exactly why people have a liability insurance. Someone damages something of someone else and they have insurance for when this ocurrs. So one week passes and then i recieve an email that the insurance company will not be paying out for the damages. This is a doubly cruel. Firstly the damage in the first place then the promise of insurance coverage and then the withdrawal. I have rarely experienced such a cruel and unprofessional company. I would not encourage anyone to take out policys with this diabolical lying company. They are the reason people do not trust insurance companies.
