★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exchanged a few emails to try to get them to quote for work and give a timescale when they could carry out the work. They wouldn't or couldn't do this, and then just didn't respond despite me putting together clear instructions and photos of the work area. Perhaps they are good builders but I wouldn't use / recommend them because of the lack of even basic professional curtesy / visible organisational capability.
