Erg handig dat je alle producten in de winkel kan scannen met een QR-code, zodat je ze makkelijk kunt opzoeken en en eventueel in een andere maat kan bestellen op je telefoon. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Showroom ziet er netjes uit en kleding is goed te passen in de pashokjes. Nice to be able to try on clothes and view products that are on the site. Very handy that you can scan all products in the store with a QR code, so that you can easily look them up and possibly order them in a different size on your phone. Very friendly and helpful staff! Showroom looks neat and clothes can be easily fitted in the fitting rooms.

S	Susan Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm sorry I have to leave a bad review but the website is full of bugs to the point that I can't place an order, neither from laptop nor from phone, although I did fill out all necessary details, and I have to renew my password every time I log on - whenever it accepts my attempts to renew my password. it'd be nice if these issues got looked into as they are hurting their own business Edited to 5 stars; they very kindly helped me to sort out the problem
V	Visa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service for returns is good and fast even from abroad. I am also satisfied with some of their products. However, other products are not as described (different from photos and size charts). The worst part is that negative product reviews are not published on their site. It's been several months since I submitted my review and it has not been published nor have they contacted me instead. This is where they lost me as a customer. I have no trust in them.

I bought a Horn cunningly called «Dimmu Borgir» with beautiful gilded color scheme but definitely closer to the very black «Epic Armoury» sold as well on the Celtic Webmerchant website ... I understand by experience with horns that they CANT be exactly the same as the promo photos, but in my case the horn is way too faaaaaar from the item sold. This is even more a deception when a spokeperson from this company confirmed to me by email «yes, basically the color scheme is roughly the same»! Annoying detail: Horn made in India (sticker...), not mentioned on the item page, I wonder why... This is probably why this horn looks like a chinese molded resin pint more than a true natural horn. I DONT recommand horns from «Celtic Webmerchant» because of this huge lack of transparency, sounding like a rip off surfing on a very bad Viking trend wave. Only good point: fast shipping. It makes a risible & ugly addition to my collection...
