D	Dutch FOXCARS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het begint al bij het naar binnen rijden.... heel erg smal en de parkeer plekken zijn ook veelste klein. wij met onze mini (countryman) hadden al moeite met het naar binnen rijden en een plekje te vinden. It starts with driving in ... very narrow and the parking places are also very small. we with our mini (countryman) already had trouble driving in and finding a place.
j	john cleese on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is echt een van de meest waardeloze parkeergarage,s in Rotterdam. De beheerders verdienen hun geld makkelijk en komen hun hok niet uit. Nergens wordt op gelet. De aso,s parkeren gewoon op de invalide plaats omdat er niets van wordt gezegd. En er wordt vaak op 2 plekken geparkeerd omdat de plekken klein zijn. Ook heb je regelmatig kleine crimineeltjes die proberen mensen geld af te troggelen met allerlei smoesjes. This is truly one of the most worthless parking garages in Rotterdam. The managers easily earn their money and do not leave their loft. No attention is paid to anything. The aso, s just park at the invalid place because nothing is said about it. And parking is often at 2 places because the places are small. You also regularly have small criminals who try to trick people away with all kinds of excuses.

Hoe je na parkeren via de trappen naar buiten moet is heel onduidelijk. Ook weer terug naar de parkeergarage is speurwerk. Neem de lift (als je die kunt vinden). Neat clean parking, but very narrow parking spaces. It smells quite Chinese food. It is very unclear how you should go outside via the stairs after parking. Also back to the parking garage is detective work. Take the elevator (if you can find it).

Bij het binnenrijden werd mijn nummerplaat niet herkend (misschien omdat het een Belgische nummerplaat was?). Dus om toch uit de parking te geraken, heb ik opnieuw 30 Euro moeten betalen. Bewijs via mail doorgestuurd, en ik had graag deze 30 Euro terugbetaald gekregen. Mijn vraag via mail blijft onbeantwoord. Antwoord op uw reactie van 8 december; mijn vraag via mail naar jullie klantenservice (?!) is onbeantwoord gebleven. En mijn telefoontjes worden na een aantal keren rinkelen afgebroken. Dus neen, nog altijd geen terugbetaling gekregen. Dure parking voor een dagje. I had reserved Interparking for 13/11, and paid 15 Euro in advance for a day ticket. When driving in, my number plate was not recognized (maybe because it was a Belgian number plate?). So to get out of the parking, I had to pay another 30 Euro. Evidence sent by e-mail, and I would have liked this 30 Euro refunded. My question via email remains unanswered. Reply to your response of December 8; my question via email to your customer service (?!) has remained unanswered. And my calls are cut off after several rings. So no, still no refund. Expensive parking for a day.

E	Erwin Nienhuis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just fine parking in city centre with enough places. Easy to get in & out and only €4,50 an hour is relative cheap compared to other parkings in the neighborhood. Only improvement is to mark the pedestrian exit a little beter.
