Bad experience with this company. Communication disorders Causing faulty construction drawings, followed by large invoices. Once but never again for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ook wij een woning laten uitwerken (via Verwijs houtskelet bouw). Constructie naar ons idee zwaar over gedimensioneerd, ruimtes worden ongevraagd gewijzigd.
We also have a house developed (via Refer wood frame construction). In our opinion, construction is heavily over-dimensioned, spaces are changed without being asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij twee verbouwingen heeft Cerfix de constructieberekeningen gedaan. Erg tevreden over hun snelheid en advies. Deskundig en betrouwbaar. Zou bij volgende verbouwing (waar ik nog geen plannen voor heb ;-) ) zo weer gebruik maken van hun diensten.
Cerfix did the construction calculations for two renovations. Very satisfied with their speed and advice. Knowledgeable and reliable. Would use their services again in the next renovation (for which I have no plans yet ;-)).
